Q) I'm interested in getting some fish, but you don't seem to have it on your menu, do you do special orders?

A) We will take special orders on fish over £10, so if you don't see it on the menu, come and talk to us about it! Remember that some of our stock is seasonal, and won't be available all year round.

Q) I'm interested in working for you, how can I find out if you have jobs available?

A) We're always interested in employing keen and hardworking individuals, so if you think you fit that description and would like to work in a rewarding family-run shop, let us know by emailing us

Q) Why is your website called Twenythree.co.uk?

A) When Donald H. Wilson founded this shop in 1897, he took on the competition and boasted of having 23 types of fish for sale! An impressive order in those days, and it must have worked, because we're still here over a hundred years later! Nowadays we try and keep up the tradition, and try and stock at least 23 types of seafood whenever possible. So when the owners of twentythree.co.uk approached us to let us use the domain name, we jumped at the chance!!! And thats how your here now!!!

Any more questions feel free to email us!!! We'll try and answer the questions as quickly and put all answers online!

Because happy customers equals a happy fishmongers!!!
